What’s included in the onboarding process?

Onboarding includes a 1:1 call where we go over all logistics—brand assets, communication preferences, tools, and timelines. It’s how we ensure everything is aligned and flowing smoothly before we dive in.

What if I just need help with a one-time project?

I offer special project support like System.io setups, course platform assistance, and digital product launches. If you're unsure where your project fits, fill out the intake form and I’ll point you in the right direction.

Do you offer strategy-only services?

Yes! If you’re not ready for monthly support but want guidance, you can book a 90-minute strategy session. It includes personalized frameworks and a 30-day content plan to help you move forward with clarity.

How soon can we start?

We’ll establish your start date during our discovery call or in the follow-up email. Once your contract is signed and your payment is secured, we’re officially partners and ready to get started.
